02 · MARKET POSITIONING

Retro Character with the Practicality Required for Everyday Commuting

The XRS is designed for customers who want more visual character than a basic utility scooter without giving up the simplicity and practicality expected from everyday urban transportation. Its retro-inspired body design is supported by a practical commuter package that includes CVT automatic operation, usable storage, a rear carrier and daily-use electrical equipment. For distributors, the XRS adds another advantage: the same core product concept can be developed across different displacement and equipment grades. Smaller-displacement versions can address entry-level or regulated segments, while 125cc and 150–161cc configurations can serve mainstream and higher urban positions.

09 · Buyer FAQ

Questions from
professional buyers.

Answers to common questions about ordering, customization, supply formats, compliance and after-sales planning.

  • No.

The XRS can be configured across 50cc / 80cc, 125cc and 150cc / 161cc classes, with different fuel systems, brake layouts, wheels and equipment grades depending on the distributor project.

Each version should be treated as its own approved technical specification.

  • The current detailed reference uses a 124.6cc air-cooled EFI engine with CVT automatic transmission.

It also uses 14-inch aluminum wheels, front and rear disc brakes, dual rear shocks, LCD instrumentation and Type-C + USB charging.

This specification is a reference configuration rather than the default specification for every XRS project.

  • The 175cc-class platform gives the VMAX a clear displacement step above mainstream commuter scooters while retaining a familiar and straightforward mechanical structure. For distributor markets where service familiarity, component simplicity and project cost are important, this configuration provides a practical baseline. Markets requiring a different technical position can review alternative liquid-cooled platforms separately.

  • The core product identity can be retained while displacement, powertrain, brake system, wheel format and equipment level are adjusted according to the intended market grade.

This allows distributors to develop entry, mainstream or higher-spec versions without treating each project as an entirely unrelated scooter concept.

  • No.

Brake layout, wheel / tire format, instrument, locking system and other components can vary according to the selected engine and project grade.

The final vehicle specification should therefore be confirmed as one complete package rather than by engine displacement alone.

  • KAMAX should confirm:

Destination Market · Required Displacement · Engine Configuration · Fuel System · Brake Layout · Wheel / Tire Format · Equipment Grade · Branding Scope · Packing Method · Expected Order Quantity

The quotation should then be prepared against one approved XRS configuration.
