2. Restricted Countries, Regions, and Parties

3. Customer and Partner Responsibilities

By engaging with KAMAX Ind. Co., Ltd., you confirm that:

  • You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region applicable to us.
  • You are not listed on any applicable sanctioned, denied, restricted, or debarred parties lists.
  • You will not re-export, transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of our products or technology:
    • To any prohibited country, region, or party
    • For any prohibited end-use (e.g. military, WMD, or other restricted uses) contrary to applicable export laws

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and to obtain any required licenses, permits, or approvals for end-use or re-export, if applicable.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Screening

As part of our compliance program, we may:

  • Conduct KYC checks, including:
    • Verifying company identity and ownership
    • Screening against sanctions and restricted party lists
  • Request information regarding:
    • Intended end-use of products
    • End-users and intermediaries
    • Routing and final destinations

We may decline or terminate any transaction if we suspect non-compliance or cannot complete our checks satisfactorily.

5. Export Documentation and Accuracy

We prepare export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates) based on information provided by you. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Ensuring that your own export and import filings are correct and comply with local laws
  • Maintaining any required records in accordance with applicable regulations

6. Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of any actual or potential violation of export control or sanctions laws related to KAMAX Ind. Co., Ltd. products or technology, you should promptly notify us at:

7. No Waiver of Compliance

No term in any agreement with KAMAX Ind. Co., Ltd.  shall be interpreted to require performance that would violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend deliveries
  • Terminate contracts
  • Take other necessary measures if compliance concerns arise.
