02 · SPARE PARTS SUPPLY

Spare Parts Supply for Motorcycle Distribution Programs

KAMAX coordinates spare parts supply for new motorcycle shipments and established distribution programs. Parts requirements are planned according to the selected models, order quantities, destination market and expected service demand.

Initial Spare Parts Packages

~2% — Initial Planning Reference

For many standard motorcycle models, KAMAX uses approximately 2% of the motorcycle order quantity as an initial reference for spare parts planning. The actual parts mix and quantities are determined according to the model, order volume and local service requirements.

Spare parts can be supplied together with initial CBU, SKD or CKD shipments.

Maintenance & Replacement Parts

KAMAX supplies model-specific spare parts across several categories:

Filters, spark plugs, brake pads, chains, sprockets and other routine service components.

Engine, transmission, suspension and related replacement components.

Lighting, switches, wiring and model-specific electrical equipment.

Mirrors, controls, body panels and related components.

Parts availability and compatibility are confirmed against the applicable motorcycle specifications.

Subsequent Spare Parts Orders

Distributors can arrange additional spare parts orders based on local maintenance demand and the motorcycles already supplied.

KAMAX coordinates repeat orders using the applicable model specifications and parts references. Order quantities, component availability and delivery schedules are confirmed for each supply arrangement.

03 ·PARTS IDENTIFICATION & CONFIGURATION

Model-Specific Parts Identification

Model-Specific Spare Parts Identification & Compatibility

Motorcycles supplied to different markets may use different engines, braking systems, electrical equipment or other components, even within the same model family.
KAMAX assists distributors and assembly partners in identifying replacement parts against the relevant motorcycle configurations, helping ensure that parts orders correspond to the vehicles supplied.

Model-specific parts lists, exploded diagrams and electronic parts catalogs (EPC), where available, support component identification and ordering.

Replacement parts are checked against applicable engine types, vehicle specifications and component versions.

VIN, engine numbers or production information may be used when necessary to identify the relevant configuration.

For customized motorcycles and local assembly programs, replacement parts are matched against the approved project specifications.

Where engineering changes or component revisions affect compatibility, the applicable parts requirements are reviewed before orders are confirmed.

04 ·TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical Documentation & Distributor Service Support

KAMAX provides technical assistance to overseas distributors, service teams and local assembly partners, with support matched to the motorcycle model and project requirements.

Available technical documentation may include service manuals, maintenance instructions, electrical diagrams and model-specific technical specifications.

Documentation availability, format and language are confirmed according to the motorcycle program.

KAMAX’s technical personnel assist business partners with component installation, maintenance questions, fault identification and reported technical issues.

Support may involve remote communication, technical references and coordination with engineering or quality personnel.

KAMAX provides step-by-step assembly videos for applicable SKD and CKD projects, covering component installation, assembly sequences and key technical checkpoints.

Service guidance and additional technical coordination or training are arranged according to the motorcycle model and agreed project scope.
