The TY22 is designed for riders who want more visual character than a basic commuter scooter without giving up the functions required for everyday transportation. Unlike a styling-only retro model, the TY22 combines its classic body design with an 8-liter fuel tank, practical under-seat storage, rear carrier, full LED lighting and Type-C + USB charging. These features give the product a clear daily-use role for commuting, errands and personal transportation rather than positioning it purely around lifestyle appeal. The current reference vehicle uses a 149.6cc air-cooled engine with CVT automatic transmission, providing a straightforward mainstream urban configuration. For distributor projects, alternative displacement and equipment grades can be developed around the same TY22 product identity.

DESIGN
Retro Character Without Sacrificing Commuter Function
The TY22 uses classic retro-inspired body lines to create a more distinctive visual identity than a basic commuter scooter. Its proportions remain suited to everyday city use, while the rear carrier and integrated storage give the design a practical purpose beyond appearance. The current reference vehicle has a 115 kg curb weight and uses a compact 12-inch wheel format, keeping the TY22 within an accessible urban-scooter package. For distributors, this balance creates a product that can broaden showroom choice without moving away from the proven commuter use case.
POWERTRAIN
Automatic Powertrain Options for Different Urban Segments
The current TY22 reference uses a 149.6cc air-cooled engine with CVT automatic transmission, giving the model a straightforward mainstream configuration for regular city use. The automatic drive keeps operation simple and familiar for everyday scooter customers. For distributor programs, TY22 can also be developed across 50cc, 125cc and 180cc-class configurations, allowing the same core product identity to address different displacement structures and retail positions. EFI or carburetor fuel systems can be selected according to the approved powertrain and project requirements.
CONTROL
A Practical Chassis Base with Room for Higher Product Grades
The current reference TY22 uses 120/70-12 tires, a front disc / rear drum brake layout and dual rear shocks. The 12-inch wheel format keeps the vehicle compact for urban riding, while the dual rear suspension supports the comfort and everyday utility expected from a commuter scooter. Where a higher retail position is required, alternative TY22 configurations can use linked disc or front / rear disc braking systems. The chassis specification can therefore be matched to the intended product grade instead of forcing every market into one fixed component package.

Everyday Features Riders Can Actually Use
The TY22 equipment package focuses on functions with clear day-to-day value. The 8-liter fuel tank reduces the need for frequent refueling in regular commuting use and supports the model’s practical urban role.
Full LED lighting gives the scooter a more modern lighting package, while the LCD instrument provides clear riding information. A rear carrier adds useful carrying capacity, under-seat storage accommodates a half helmet, and Type-C + USB charging supports mobile devices during daily travel. The current reference configuration also supports electric and kick starting, providing a mechanical backup where this remains valued by the market.
