A Configurable MX / Enduro Platform for Different Rider and Market Levels
The K20 is built around a dedicated MX / Enduro chassis with full-size 21/18-inch wheels, 300 mm ground clearance and adjustable suspension, creating a platform designed around technical terrain and active rider movement rather than road-riding comfort. The standard CB250-F configuration provides a straightforward 250cc starting point, while multiple 250cc, 300cc and higher-output engine platforms, together with carburetor / EFI and chassis-component options, allow distributors to develop different specification levels around the same K20 platform.

DESIGN
Rider-Centered Geometry for Active Off-Road Movement
K20 uses a dedicated MX / Enduro frame and slim off-road body layout designed around frequent rider movement rather than seated road comfort.
The 910 mm seat height, 300 mm ground clearance and one-piece anti-slip seat support repeated transitions between seated and standing riding, while the narrow bodywork allows the rider to shift body position more freely across technical terrain.POWER
A 250cc Base Powertrain with Multiple Configuration Levels
The standard K20 uses the 172FMM-3A / CB250-F, a 249.9 cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine producing 14 kW at 8,500 rpm and 18 N·m at 6,500 rpm.
A manual clutch and constant-mesh 5-speed transmission give the rider direct control over engine output, while electric and kick starting provide two starting methods for off-road use. It is not limited to the standard CB250-F. Multiple engine platforms, carburetor / EFI systems and applicable cooling configurations allow distributors to build different product levels around the same chassis architecture.CONTROL
Adjustable Off-Road Chassis Built Around Rider Setup
The K20 uses adjustable suspension at both ends, allowing the chassis setup to be matched more closely to rider weight, terrain and riding style. An adjustable inverted front fork is paired with a dual-adjustable single-chamber rear shock, while CNC aluminum triple clamps, 6-series aluminum rims, forged aluminum hubs and a one-piece aluminum swingarm reinforce the chassis package. Combined with a full-size 21-inch front / 18-inch rear wheel setup, the platform gives distributors a chassis that can support different rider levels without changing the fundamental K20 architecture.
EQUIPMENT
Rider-Control Equipment for Technical Off-Road Use
K20 focuses its equipment on the parts the rider directly uses to control the motorcycle across uneven terrain. A quick-action throttle reduces throttle rotation for faster rider input, while front and rear chain guides help maintain chain alignment under rough riding conditions. Serrated anti-slip footpegs provide more secure footing during standing riding, and the clutch lever is designed for one- or two-finger operation.
